2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles charm comes with characters Leonardo, Raphael, Mikey, Donatello, April O'Neil, and Casey Jones! 

Charm is 3X3 see-through rainbow acrylic and a sakura blossom clasp!

Items normally ship out within 1-3 days of the initial order and are sent either First Class or Priority mail with tracking. On average I'd say domestic orders take about 4-8 days from the time you order until they arrive!  International packages are more unpredictable in terms of how long they take to arrive, but I ship them out with tracking as well!

I am not responsible for any packages marked as "delivered", but if it looks like the post office lost your package I can offer store credit.

If an item arrives damaged I'd be happy to replace it! Otherwise, if you'd like to return an undamaged item for any other reason you will be responsible for mailing it back to me, once you have mailed the item back I can issue you a full refund ❤️
